THE DESIGN PROCESS
With the rise of social media and reality tv shows,
Interior Design, as a profession, is brimming with under qualified ‘designers’.

INITIAL
After identifying the scope of your project, we will provide tailored recommendations and a detailed quote for our services.
Our expertise includes comprehensive design and drafting solutions, ranging from new building concepts and construction drawings to single-room redesigns.
CONSULTATION
Upon confirmation, we will send a
questionnaire to help us identify
the style and vision.
Depending on the location,
we will then arrange an initial
site visit where we will take
measurements to draw up
existing plans.
CONCEPT
We will present an initial concept,
after taking into consideration the requirements and constraints.
We will present plans and
3D renders of key spaces to allow
for a greater understanding of
the spatial design. Using these
drawings, we can narrow down
layout and arrange to meet at the
respective trade showrooms to
choose finishes.
REVISIONS
We create a schedule of materials
and finishes which will outline all
your selections. These will be
added to the 3D renders, as well
as any discussed changes from
the initial concept, to give an
indication of what the finished
space will look like.
